Third-party processors engaged by Auroranexis AI Solutions to deliver the Auroranexis platform.
Auroranexis AI Solutions uses sub-processors to provide hosting, authentication, billing, email delivery, and optional AI features. This list is provided for transparency under GDPR Article 28.
Supabase — database, authentication, and storage (EU-capable regions). Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery. Mollie — payment processing for subscription billing. Transactional email — production path uses SMTP (e.g. STRATO); Resend may be used when configured. Optional consent-gated website analytics where configured (e.g. Plausible, Microsoft Clarity, PostHog). Optional application error monitoring (Sentry) when configured. OpenAI (optional) — AI-assisted features when explicitly enabled by the customer and configured in the workspace.
Where sub-processors process data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures where required.
Material changes to sub-processors are communicated to workspace administrators with reasonable notice. Enterprise customers may request notification procedures or DPA addenda via legal@auroranexis.com.
